Navigating through the waters of uncertainty

Updated: Jan 17, 2023

If there is anything the year of 2020 has taught us, is that we are not really in control of all the outcomes in our life. No matter how much we have vision, plan and prepare. We are connected to a global world that will and does touch our lives in unexpected ways. This year I have had the privilege of journeying with clients as they navigate their way through the muddied waters of anxiety, which create a cloud of confusion and heart racing fear that opens the door to feelings of hopelessness and failure. The observation I have made during this time is that fear is a lier, convincing the self of unworthiness, loneliness and rejection. Leading into Christmas we remember the birth of a saviour, who was treated as unworthy, was ultimately abandoned and rejected by his own family. Yet he choose to love us all and identify with our pain and suffering. His promise is still true today and open to all to give us the gift of Peace, Hope and Joy. Blessings to you all as I sign off for this year and take time off to pause, reflect and renew my spirit, soul and body ready to serve you again in from 15 Feb 2021.
